Job Description
◎ Responding to inquiries (about 100 per person per day)
Respond to inquiries from overseas used car dealers and trading companies via SNS and chat. Most inquiries are about delivery dates and desired car models, such as "Please tell me the details of this car." Please respond quickly. All communication will be in English.
◎ Arranging domestic delivery
This is an essential task for delivering used cars from auction venues where used cars are purchased to port facilities where they are temporarily stored. Since auction venues and port facilities are located all over Japan, we will check with the trade office that reserves the ship and request the delivery company. It is important to be flexible in order to deliver the car to the customer on time.
◎ To arrange domestic delivery, simply enter the delivery date and car body information into the system. There are no difficult tasks, so even those with no experience can rest assured.
◎ You will also participate in a weekly information sharing meeting.
◎ This is an in-house job, so there will be no overseas business trips.
◎ Report once a month on whether you have achieved your monthly goals. Each person will set their own goals according to their own skill level. Let's acquire knowledge that can be used in your work, such as "Let's leave it to XX company for trucks" or "This delivery company is good for this part of the country."
◎ You may also pick out recommended cars while considering the customer's desired vehicle and share them with the sales staff. This is a position where you can not only proactively support sales, but also contribute to increasing sales.

Employment Status
Full-time employee
◎ The trial period is 3 months. There will be no change in salary during the trial period.
◎ Severance pay will be applied one year after the trial period.

Working hours
8:00-17:00 (8 hours working time)
◎ Overtime is approximately 25 hours per month.
Salary
Monthly salary of 240,000 yen or more + various allowances + bonus three times a year
◎ Will be determined based on experience and ability.
Annual income example -
◎ 3.9 million yen/1 year after joining the company (age 28)
◎ 4.4 million yen/3 years after joining the company (age 30)
◎ 5.9 million yen/5 years after joining the company (age 31)

Location
Head Office: 10F Higashi Kobe Center Building, 8-6-26 Motoyama Minamimachi, Higashinada-ku, Kobe City
◎ There are no transfers. You can continue to work in Kobe City.

Even if you commute by car, transportation expenses will be reimbursed according to the amount if you use public transportation.
